The SOFAQ is a non-profit association governed by the law of 1901, bringing together professionals (industrial, academic, civil service, private laboratories) with functions related to Quality Assurance, carrying on their work in industry sectors. pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, veterinary, cosmetic or service provider companies in these same sectors. Founded in 1981, with 4 members at its inception, the SOFAQ currently has around 220 members, mainly French, and is positioned as a privileged interlocutor in the field of BPx with industry and regulatory authorities: its status allows it to to be impartial, to speak on behalf of its members and to offer reflections as recommendations.
